ABOUT ME

I'm blessed to have been born into a family full of illustrators -- two aunts (Ann and Carol), two uncles (George and Dave) and my cousin Erik, all graduates from the Columbus College of Art & Design.

After receiving my bachelor's degree in fine arts, I went on to hold various artistic positions that have included staff illustrator for Kid Sports & Sidekicks magazines, Art Director for both the Ohio Department of Development and the Columbus Office of Advertising for Gannett Newspapers.

In 2000, while attending my first San Diego Comic-Con, I helped behind the booth at Cartoon Books and started working there full-time in 2008 as a designer.
I got to add another blessing on my resumé when I became colorist to Jeff Smith (BONE, RASL & TUKI) in 2013.

Fast forward to today, and I’m striking out on my own.
